telos is the software arm of Wolfe Group. It is funded by a combination of internal research and development investment and the diversified revenue streams made possible by generalising engineering solutions.
01 Where our products come from
We do not create software in a vacuum.
Engineers solve specific problems, yet many problems are generalisable. Repeatable. Scalable. Likewise, the fact that an engineer has been asked to solve a problem at all proves there is a demand in the market for a tool that can do that work.
These are the problems we target: breaking down the barriers for engineers to allow them to work faster and at larger scales than they ever imagined.

Every tool starts as a real problem on a live Wolfe job, solved by engineers under real constraints. Nothing is built speculatively.
03 Who it serves
We create software for all, but it starts with accountability.
Tools must be verified. To achieve this, our tools are deployed to Wolfe first and tested on real projects. This is the strongest quality control we have, and not one that we will ever outsource.

The first users, and the ones who find what is wrong with it. Every tool is exercised on live work before wider release.

Asset owners and operators who need the analysis behind a decision to be transparent, repeatable, and checkable.

When we know that a tool can meet the demands of industry, we release it for all. We cannot achieve our goals of advancing humanity by gatekeeping technology.

Limitations by design.
No black boxes
If an engineer cannot see the assumptions and follow the calculation, the tool is not finished. Every result is traceable to the method behind it.
No replacing judgement
Software prepares the analysis. Engineers make the call. We will not build anything that reverses that order, and we will not market anything that implies we have.
No unproven claims
We do not speculate. We solve real problems, for real clients, using real methods. It is that simple.
Our ultimate aim.
A future more valuable to humanity than the stone and steel we use to build it. Every tool we build is designed explicitly to bring us closer to that world.
